Does Prodara support SAML SSO?
Yes. Prodara supports SAML SSO via Clerk Enterprise — including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Google Workspace, OneLogin, and any other SAML 2.0 identity provider.
Where is Prodara data hosted?
Prodara runs on Vercel and Supabase in the United States, with encryption in transit and at rest. EU data residency is on our roadmap and is not available today — if it is a procurement requirement, talk to us before signing.
Is Prodara SOC 2 compliant?
Prodara itself is not yet independently SOC 2 certified. Our infrastructure and auth providers (Vercel, Supabase, Clerk) hold SOC 2 certifications, and we follow SOC 2 aligned practices internally.
What's the contract term for Enterprise?
Enterprise agreements are annual at minimum, with multi-year discounts available. We sign your MSA or our standard MSA — whichever moves faster for procurement.
How is Enterprise pricing structured?
Enterprise pricing is custom and based on three inputs: number of seats, which modules you enable, and your support tier (standard vs. white-glove with named CSM). Talk to sales for a quote.
What's the onboarding timeline?
Standard onboarding is 14 days from signed MSA to a fully provisioned tenant with your data imported, SSO configured, and your first synthesis live.
